Clayton has counseled companies in various industries and advised market participants about raising capital and trading matters in the United States and abroad. He has authored publications on securities law, cybersecurity, and other regulatory issues and holds degrees in engineering, economics, and law. As an undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, he received the Thouron Award for postgraduate study in the United Kingdom, where he earned an undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in economics from the University of Cambridge.
